ajax tooltip customization

Update existing tooltip code. The existing tooltip can be seen here (files attached to this bid): <[login to view URL]> It should be updated to do the following: 1. Currently, the tooltip appears/disappears onmouseover and onmouseout. This should be changed so it only appears once the link is clicked. And only disappears once the link is clicked again. 2. The "Close Window" link inside the tooltip currently does not work. This should be fixed so that clicking it closes the tooltip. Here are the requirements: 1. The javascript + CSS files should be kept as small as possible. They are currently ~13KB. The goal is to have them less than 20KB. 2. No additional dependencies added. 3. Must not flicker 4. Only 1 spawned tooltip window open at once 5. The href should have the URL, as well as the Javascript, in case Javascript is disabled. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform - IE5.5+ - All recent versions of FF and Safari
