Example G 50% F 30% C 20% S 0% I 0% The program would go to a web site collect the updated prices once a day and calculate the returns for a specific allocation in percent. The idea is to see which allocation is performing the best. The allocations would start at 100% for each Fund. Then 90%-10% 80%-20% 70%-30% 60%-40% 50%-30%-20% 40%-30%-20%-10% 30%-30%-20%-20% (20%-20%-20%-20%- 20%) Example G 80% F 20% C 0% S 0% I 0% G 0% F 80% C 20% S 0% I 0% G 0% F 0% C 80% S 20% I 0% G 0% F0% C 0% S 80% I 20% G 20% F0% C 0% S 0% I 80% The time periods would need to be 30,60 100 and 200 days and total retuns from 6/02/2002. Example 30 days selected. The order of returns in percent would be displayed for the last 30 days. Once a time period is selected the returns would be displayed in order of performance with their allocation. Green numbers would be possitve, Red negitive and blue no change. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform My data base is mysql.
