PHP 5 page to do some ImageMagik and FTP (1175745)

I require a PHP 5 page to do 4 things.(I've already complete numbers 1 and 2) I have written most of the framework of the code but I can't get a few things to work. 1. Loop over a csv file and extract a filename of an image. (I've already set this up) 2. based on this filename, use mlocate command to find the file in a folder structure. (I've already done this too) 3. Use php ImageMagik or GD to resize the image to a thumbnail (I have not done this part) 4. FTP the files to a folder on a web server.([login to view URL]) (I've tried to do this with both the ftp php functions and wput, but I can't iron out exactly how to do it) Notes: -This php page can either be a cli invoked php page or just a normal php page. -I have full control over the linux ubuntu machine doing this php work. (I can install packages if required) -I'll probably give the winning bidder some sort of access to the linux machine to do this work. (VNC or something) Once the bidder wins, I'll give more detailed instructions/requirements.
