Visual Basic Custom Browser

I'm looking for the following... A Visual Basic WebBrowser based on the IE WebControl, built as a Visual Basic 2005/Express Edition compatible project. Installation should be via ClickOnce but the Installation URL needs to pass a value to the Installation process. The installation process needs to then take this value and store it in an encrypted way as an application setting or similar, and create a 2nd value by inspecting the installation machine and performing some kind of hash on the Hard Drive Serial number and at least once other hardware value which is 'unlikely' to change, encrypt and store again as an application setting. When the application is launched it should send to the default URL [[login to view URL]][1] the two values stored as application settings in an encrypted state as additional HTTP headers. The application must simply display the web page, no menus, no address bar, no status, no context menu. In fact other than navigate around from the default URL all it needs is the Print Dialogue (although only the date and time shold print as headers/footers and the user must only be able to do things link select the local printer etc). Finally a basis splash screen which tests the following in sequence before the browser launches and displays results... 1. Network connection OK? 2. Ping [[login to view URL]][2] Or Ping [[login to view URL]][3] success OK? 3. Ping [[login to view URL]][1] success OK? (if 3. is not okay then application could send email silently to an address) First time user so hopfully this desciption is clear, any questions please ask. Many Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I do not believe given the Description I will be possible to support earlier than Windows 98 or posibly not before 2000. Open to advice but certainy want to avoid XP SP2 being the minimum requirement. What's important is that all software dependencies are understood and if possible detected and enforced by the application. For example, if a dependency like the .net framework is uninstalled by user the app will recognise this and not run/report problem.
