Web based FTP Migration - Script (767245)

Hello Dont Bid until you read complete. I am looking for a small PHP script which moves my files from one server to the other. It Should have ability to get Source and Target FTP information, Then it should display Directory structure at Source and Target. After selecting Source directries/files we should be able to choose Destination/target Directory - When processed it should copy all files/directories from source to target. Directory Structure can be huge in GBs and files can be in MBs - so Script should work complete (No Time out and sessions problems) Simply it is something like Moving hosting at once, instead of Downloading files to my PC from old hosting then uploading to new hosting - It will do all the stuff from Server to server. Payment after checking full functioning DEMO only - Nothing to be paid in advance. Please add "UNDERSTOOD" before your messge if you have read and understood it all. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
