8783 Optimize my Flash Games Script

I am looking for a coder to optimize my flash games website which makes use of php script called "gamesitescript". Right now the website has over 1600+ flash games and the script makes many queries to a mysql database. For instance, the index page alone is able to make around 15 - 20 queries, and EACH game page is able to make 10 - 15 queries. Multiply that by 100 users, and you already have a semi nightmare. To put this further into perspective, you have a database with 2400 rows in ONE Table, another table processing gameplays which has just as many rows, etc... As traffic begins to increase, I know for sure that this will cause extreme server load, unnecessary memory consumption, and lack of cpu processing ability. The enhancements involve optimizing the code such that all of the information related to the site is hard coded based on the fact that the name, meta tags, meta title, functions, features, etc... should ALL be static. The site makes use of admin panel which acts as an intermediary between the database and the website. The site also comes equipped with numerous functions, options, and even templates. The idea here is to remove these different pathways and hard code as much of the standing template as possible. I can provide the coder with a test website to work on, because I can't have my live website going down. The end goal of this optimization should be to make the current server configuration (dedicated celeron server with 512 mb ram) efficiently run all the games, and allow for ~ 6k - 7k uniques in a day with no problem. Again, I can provide the coder with a test website to work on, and test the script while I have the other site live. Being that the site is written in php, html, and makes use of a MySql DB, the coder will definitely need to have a decent level of proficiency in all three areas. I am not looking to drag this project out, so I would expect a turnaround time of 2 weeks. If a coder feels that this is too short a time period, then please feel free to contact me and explain exactly why the time expansion is necessary. We will pay as necessary. I don't foresee this as being extremely difficult for the right coder, so please don't send me crazy numbers.
