Osc Custom Long erm work

I need someone who can custom code, trouble shoot problems fast and make modifications as we need them in Osc and Osc CRE loaded. I currently have 2 sites I need someone to complete, ([login to view URL]) that is similar to hallmarks site. I need graphics created, a few layout changes and email is not working on the admin side. Email should send cc info to admin email address. I also am having a prob with the email on another site as well ([login to view URL]). I already have one site that this is done on ([login to view URL]) but need it done to this site as well. I need a well rounded person that can perform several different types of tasks and abilities. This is long term and ongoing work. All sites are on a Windows 2003 Server. Please let me know if you have any questions. Please quote your hourly rate, if more then $10.00 per hour do not bother please. All jobs will need to be quoted as I assign them.
