ADSL Problem Report Website (iMonitor Clone)

Hello Freelancers, I need a clone of [login to view URL] Basically it is a simple "forum" where people can post current problems with their ADSL ISP. For example if you are surfing with "AT&T" but currently your ADSL is not working, you can post a fault. Other people on the other hand can view those posts to see if they are affected by the same or similar problem (e.g. "New York" Area is having general problems with their ADSL). Features: * user needs to login to report a fault * user can either login with google-auth or facebook-login (will need a small howto for both implementations to go live with my domain) * a fault will look like this: -> [login to view URL] -> Telephone number (area code + some digits) / ex. 021 424 -> Internet Provider (dropdown) / ex. Afrihost -> Internet Type (dropdown) / ex. ADSL (VDSL, UMTS) -> Promised Speed (dropdown) / ex. 10Mbit -> Download Speed (float, in mbit) / ex. 8.1 -> Upload Speed (float, in mbit) / ex. 0.78 -> Type of Fault (dropdown) / ex. ADSL Login not working -> Start of Fault (date time) -> End of Fault (date time) -> Comment / Description (free text) * all faults need to be searchable (see: [login to view URL]). Optional filters: -> date (from / to) -> provider -> type of fault -> area code -> type of internet URLs: / -> Index (Home) -> simple listing of all faults sorted by date DESC (must include a pagination, see [login to view URL] for example), must be searchable e.g. will also be used to display a filtered search /my-faults/ -> "User area" -> shows login / signup page if not logged in, if logged in it will display all faults a user made. Only the fault description / comment can be edited. A button "resolved" will quickly add the current timestamp to "End of fault" /new-fault/ -> "User area" -> display form to report a new fault /fault-PROVIDER-AREA-ID/ -> detail page of the fault Requirements: * needs to use twitter-bootstrap for the HTML (needs to be 100% responsive) * it can use any php-framework, cms, opensource script or can be completely custom built (preferred)
