Shopify Edits & Changes

I have a shopify website, that needs some adjustments. please send me a message for the website url. PLease make sure you have skype, as I like to talk over it, you can type, but I prefer to talk. 1. You know how I have two section on the main page (ex. Our Best Selling Dash Cameras), well I need another section or line. Can you add an option for three additional sections (I need to be able to remove section if needed)? 2. I want a place on the main page to display the brands (manufactures) we carry. Just their logos, and each logo would link to their collection. The logos would go in the footer 3. In the footer, I need you to add a new payment option logo, but I want it to look like the ones that are currently there. I also need our two shipping companies add (logos). 4. Fleets Page - I need a proper contact form using the shopify contact form, It would just be custom fields. 5. I need a bar at the every top of the website, that would be in solid black, and text in white, and I'm able to link some of the text. For Example: Like "Welcome Bar"
