Contextual Ad Parking Page

I need a program that can do the following: Take a list of user-input keywords and generate an HTML page for each one. Each generated page should link back to an index page which itself contains links to each generated page. Each generated page should contain some static, scraped content (an "article") followed by an RSS feed related to that article. There should be a vertical bar on the left of each page (except the index page) where i can insert my own code. There should be a horizontal bar on the top of each page (except the index page) and between the "article" and the RSS feed where i can insert my own code. For example: I own sex.com. When people visit [login to view URL], theyre after a variety of things, from info on venereal diseases to porn. The index page for [login to view URL] should give them a list of links to choose from for their desired topic. That link will take them to a page with topic-related content in the form of an article and RSS feed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
