Java 240 hour project proposal - EXPERT by Monday

HELLO - NOT SURE IF I MADE THIS CLEAR. I HAVE NOT WON THE PROJECT YET. YOU ARE JUST BIDDING ON A PROPOSAL AND ONE TINY SNIPPET OF CODE FOR SAY THE FIRST LESSON, MAYBE A FEW HOURS OF WORK AT THE MOST. Hello, A project requiring a Java 2E EXPERT to code a program for a Java class (umm, students, not code) for Java 2E certification. Certified programmer is preferred, but experience will suffice. You will need to build a program that touches on all the certification requirements that the students will learn from in a five-day course. The project is estimated at 240 hours, but don't bid on this just yet. The class is five days and for experienced programmers. The students will not be building your entire program, simply doing exercises that are, or interfaced with, parts of your program. You will need to review all of the text of the class material to ensure it fits with the sample code and that everything makes sense from a programming standpoint. For this reason, English must be very strong. I have agreed to provide an outline for a program that will fit their needs with some explanations, as well as a sample snippet of code for one of the lessons. <- Bid on just this for now please, but include your estimate for the total amount too. I will need this by Monday, and am hoping to select a coder tomorrow. Hmmm, wouldn't it be nice if we could adapt a piece of code you have already done? Well, possible, but don't bet on it, because the final say on what the application is not mine. :) We have ~5 months to do the whole project, so timeframe is nice. Other Details: The environment in which this is to be done is very specific, though unknown at this time. You may have to spend a bit of time adapting to the environment we are set to. SDK 1.4. No IBM or Tomcat for finished product.
