New 'Mobile Barber and Massage Therapist' Website with CMS

I need my website to look very modern and have fluidity and slickness yet be practical and easy to use. My clients are everyday Australian males who want a Barber Haircut or some Massage Therapy in their home instead of them going to their shops. Some of these men are more remote. The colours are red white and blue- the same as the colours I have designed the Logo in. (I have posted another Project on this site to have the Logo animated.) The graphics have clean flowing lines and all built on white background with red or blue boxes and titles. I need CMS. I want to be able to change anything on the site. I have some website building knowledge but my skills are more about Corporate Image and Graphic Design. I can include a sketch of what I want. This will be a pretty cool job for a new business with the goal of it being a franchise so you'll be setting the mindset for my target market. It needs to have movement yet look a bit corporate and clean and maybe a bit sporty masculine. Families and men will be viewing it. Pages include Pricelist, Info, Contact, Blog, Links, Email capture, Feedback and complaints form, Google maps or similar to show Service Area, and the ability to integrate an ecommerce shop later. Please tell me how you want me to present my idea to you in sketch form.
