Results convert to pdf

I want to create a form with specifics fields. Some are numerics fields that have to be calculated. Example: I put field A = 100 and field B = 120 and C.... at the end of the field when i hit submit or continue, it will create a PDF with a form that will have the blanks like Income, Expenses, Total... And if A=Income and B= Expenses it will automatically put the total in the Total. And if C= Taxes then in the PDF it will have that field calculated. The user of the form will put his(her) information and expect the results and all that information to be in the pdf, for the user to download it or print it. The pdf need to have some information on it that wont be variable but it will have some fields variables. I want a bidder who really know this stuff and is not just trying to learn.
