Traffic generator php script

I need a simple PHP traffic generator script. Here are the features needed: - Script will harvest proxies from various proxy sites. - Script will verify the proxies - Script will generate hits to given urls using the working proxies. - Script will stay on the page for X number of seconds - Hits should register on Google analytics - Script should emulate and rotate browser user agents. - There should be a simple user management. - Users will login with username & password - Users will have X number of traffic credits. - Admin will be able to assign credits to users. - Users will be able to post links and assign hit credits to them. - Script will generate hits to given urls, deducting credits from user account - Script should run multithreaded. I need a simple solution and I dont have a big budget so bid reasonably.
