we have a website that a previous deveopler worked on he removed the user profile photo system in buddy press on wordpress. The new system he has created causes a issue with uploaded photos. Basically profile photos uploaded to the website are not optimised for web use so if you upload the image and its 5mb it will resize only the dimensions and not the actual size in bytes. We need it to resize the image down to 72dpi and use the optimised image rather than the full quality size. The previous guy has let us down. looking for someone to help us on other projects and this will be a test of your ability and how we work together
