10117 oscommerce mod 2

Ok, The other day we posted a project for some one to build us an oscommerce mod but never got many response as I am assuming the project was not possible. Here was the project: Basically, for each of my products, I want to be able to enter 3-5 competitor URL's for the same product, which will monitor the price on that page, and maintain my price at a level of, say, 50 cents below that. In other words, say for "Dolce and Gabbana for men 4.2 ounce" I can enter three product URL's from competing websites, and, the program will read the price they are selling it at, and adjust my price to 50 cents below the lowest of them. So since I never got many response, I've figured something out which likely WOULD be possible. Rather than reading the price on each of the url's provided, and automatically adjusting the price on our site, how about reading the price, and just kind of writing it to a database, so that I could look at it and MANUALLY adjust prices. It would likely remove the biggest problem, which is the automatic repricing. Please let me if you have other suggestions or PM questions. thanks
