70950 Contentsorter and Manager

Hi i need a contentsorter-software to manage our images and videos on a linux-server and to let different people categorize them in different groups with keywords and description there are in the moment up to 4.000.000 images and 60.000 videos but the software for that shouldnt be big thing! i have tried to describe it as good as possible and made some suggestions how i think it should be possible to handle it but i am secure i havent thought about all, its only a rough description the programmer that get this job have to think too which features are possible missing and should have some expirience with filehandling or imagemanagement! i am open for all questions and sugestions - the tool should only be fast and good to handle for the people they should work later with it! All data have to be in a mysql-database in a good structure because other software have to use them too for output! Details are in the attachement i hope its not to confuseing! If possible i want as much in php as possible and as less as possible in cgi/c++ but performance rules, all interfaces and forms have to be in php filehandling can be in cgi/c++ if there is no other good and fast way in php! The Mainengine for Filehandling can possible be done in C++ or Perl/Cgi! At the End of project i need all sourcecodes!
