Web based application required for mlm vacation property rental business(repost)

Hello Coders, I need a coder to help me develop a new real estate website. ? This project has basically three parts to it. The first part of the project requires the coder to design a basic look for the website. This means they are designing a home page, and an inside page template. that they will use for all inside pages of the site. The second part of this bid request is to develop the online database and membership system (with admin panel) that will control all aspects of website access. The third part of this system will be to develop and incorporate a small newsletter managment system into the website so that all members will automatically be subscribed into an appropriate newsletter. This should be a fairly simple system to start with. There are a number of modules that I would liked to add to this site once this bid request is completed and the new site is up and runing. I am hoping to find a coder willing to work in the long term and help me develop this entire project to completion. Thanks, Lionel
