Need a wordpress plugin created

I need a wordpress plugin that will allow me to log into the wp-admin area, select the iWriter tab located on the far left, like you see with other plugins: [login to view URL] Note: [login to view URL] has an API that you can pull all of the data you need, very easily. When it’s clicked, it will bring up all of the iWriter plugin features. These are the things I would like to be able to do... Here are the rest of the specs: 1. Select general settings such as: Whether the article is auto-posted as soon as it’s approved, or manually posted after I approve the iwriter article, AND then click to post the article live on my blog. If it’s auto-posted as soon as it’s approved, I’d like to be able to set a field that says how many articles per day I would like to have auto-posted. (i.e. If I set it to 2, then it would only post 2 per day, even if I’d approved 10+ articles iWriters had written for me) Ability to set my account to auto-approve any article that I requested from within the iWriter WP plugin. 2. And then the main features: Ability to submit projects directly from within my WP blog area. Ability to add funds to my account from within my WP blog area.
