343331 Zen Photo Gallery Upload

We have the Zen Photo Gallery as part of our site. We would like users to be able to upload their photos to the gallery. We need to create an upload form that can only be seen by people who are logged in. The form will allow user to upload five images with Title, Description, Tags etc On clicking the upload button – the images will be put into a folder in the zen photo gallery part of the site in a folder named (your tattoos similar to [login to view URL]) - the title /description and the tags will be put into the zenphoto database so that when a user browses to the image on the zenphoto part of the site they will be able to see the image with title / description and tags. The tags are preset in the backend of the zenphoto administration so you will need to get them from the database to generate a select list on the upload form. This is a pretty easy job if you know Zenphoto and databases. Please PMB details and timeframe for completion. Thanks
