I can make a program in Vb.net that will take the data from Access database and put in one excel file. 1- Will the table structure for all the tables be same as we have to match the columns under which the data is displayed ? 2- Can we make different sheets in excel workbook for individual tables ?

We have been into IT since 1994 (MS-DOS based desktop software), into Web-apps since 2001, asterisk based VoIP solutions (asterisk, freepbx, freeswitch, elastix) and Wowza/FMS/red5/Kaltura based video streaming/VOD apps for about 5 years. Could you please explain what do you mean by "at the same time"? We can give you a VB program that can fetch the data (using password if any) and save it to excel file. I would be happy to do this script for you, as a helpful bidder I also wanted to outline another option you have available. As you proposed, visual basic can be used to create the spreadsheet with each tab containing the data from a different table, this is not a problem and I would be happy to do this for you - you also have a second option which is to use excels built in functionality for enabling it to populate each tab from a database table or query all by itself, no coding required. I'd also be happy to set up a sheet to do this for you and furthermore document the steps required so you will have the knowledge to pull off this trick again if you need too.
