Bot to pay for items on eBay

I need a software that will be able to purchase a product on eBay, as well as pay for it. The software should be able to save my PayPal email, PayPal password, eBay password, and eBay user name. The user should be prompted to enter a CSV file with the columns: Item number, Variation(if applicable), and address. Then, when I press the start button, the program will automatically buy the product for me on eBay. I should be able to put in as many item listing numbers as I want, and provide the addresses. I will be providing test cases as well as money to test the program. Being online at freelancer during the 8:00 PM - 12:00AM EST is an asset.
