Hello Very sorry to hear about your IT guy. I might be not the most and "very expert" php programmer that ever existed, but I try to work as good as possible for my clients. You can check this from my reviews here, that are in the number as they because I have already a few "permanent customers" who give me all sorts of smaller-bigger jobs, but from time to time I take new clients from here. To see if I could deal with your issues, It would be great to send me the error log to see what's there, where to search for the issue. I would have a few questions, like how large is the database, because usually that is a factor when it comes to server overload. Truth to be told godaddy hosting is not the most reliable out there, and while it could be good for the time being, your site maybe just overgrown the possibilities of godaddy. This anyway requires a bit of analysis, I am mostly guessing right now. So, send me the log file, I can take a look and see if I can do anything to fix it, if not I will tell you very quickly as I don't see any reason to waist your and my time if I can't do the job properly.
