I'm just working with FPDF library in the project I'm developing. It generate certificated for exam passed for MYNABCEP web. The most hardest part is to locate all elements because PDF doesn't use lineal pagraphs, instead X and Y coordinates. If you're template doesn't change (no need to re allocate texts positions) I can do it for you. I can also provide some results from my current project.
