Hi, Firstly I would not be able to do this as a web-based program but only as a standalone IT program. if you really only wanted that then sorry I wouldnt be able to help. If you were interested in a standalone system for the payroll THIS would be very easy for me to do. i have developed a simple payroll system using visual basic 6.0 that does everything that you wish it to do. It calculates the following as standard: -Hours -Bonus -sickness / holidays -TAX (rate variable) -name etc.. On my profile on here I have added a Screenshot of the program that was written. Obviously you will want something unique which I understand and also the program that was written is 4 years old...as it stands the firm is no longer trading nothing to do with the software! From this and amalgamating other projects I have written, I can incorporate the other aspects you need. If this is something that you are interested in then I would happy to draw up design briefs and so forth that will give you a better idea of what you need.
