Need to create website with business logic and also RESTful APIs to integrate with Mobile App. Website will have following pages: 1. Register User/Create Account 2. Dashboard for User Transactions 3. Creating sub-user 4. Doing transaction for user/sub user 5. API to do transaction through Mobile (Mobile App out of scope) 6. Page to load transactions from Excel Need to be access controlled. Every user should have user id and password to login. Security of the website and transaction is very important - HTTPS/SSL/TLS and issue the REST calls through that secured connection.

Hi, I have extensive experience writing RESTful services including mobile clients. Also have worked to host the services in SSL (https) with or without client certificates, various other authentication and authorization implementations. Will be able to provide more details based on requirement details. From the requirement details, I'd like to understand what is meant by "user transactions"? Does that related to specific functional requirement or technical transaction. Will like to discuss this further and take it forward. Thanks in anticipation.
