WAP/web - download java games to cellphone

Coders, We need a website capable of downloading Java games to a cellphone. To be more specific, we need the download component (send to) and the wap module that downloads the game. The web and wap modules will need to handle the following data: * **Name of game** * **Description of game** * **List of compatibile cellphones** * **[login to view URL]** * **[login to view URL]** * **Price** * **Pack (if the game belongs to a pack or not)** * **id_user** After download, the module should log to a MySQL database. We are open to all suggestions concerning the best way to handle this project, including platforms, languages, etc..
