member page changes needed

The requested Project bid should be 0-days 1-hour max and $25.00 bid in order to get hired other then that please don't bid… Payment released at end.. My member page shows members fine then increase the the view of more members as they login then they remain in member page..What i need is for it to always display all the members that are in site…Keep the same features seen there when you go check..I will help obtain database table structures..If you can make this changes message me….
