Videolarm is proposing a new Online Quote System (OQS).The OQS will be an extension of the newly constructed Videolarm website, [login to view URL](dot)com, and mimic the functionality of the automated e-mail project quote generator. Simply, the OQS will enable a rep to create a customized quote; incorporating imagery, descriptions, pricing and contact information via the internet. General Features: The OQS will be accessible to Videolarm Personnel and approved manufacturer reps only. The finished document will be readily understandable: providing the following: - Generated Sequential Quote # - Option to Title Quote - Brief Product Description(s) - Product Photography (Thumb Nails) - Add Nonstock/Special Items (Description + Pricing + Image) - Customized Pricing, based on specific customer - Optional Shipping Charges and/or Transaction Costs - Ability to Choose Payment Terms & Delivery Terms - Generate Pricing Total - Updatable Contact Information (Videolarm & Manufacturer Rep) - Ability to send quote to designated customer and copy to Rep & ISE - Videolarm Personnel access to modify any sent quote - Final quote will be a PDF format
