I am looking for a website that allows agents and sellers to post properties for sale. They need to get their own account and be able to modify ads and repost them if they expire. There has to be a search feature that includes a zipcode radius search. Display of ads needs to be super simple and the website needs to run fast. Would like to have a map showing location of properties and a geo-code feature that knows where people are coming from when they visit. DO NOT WANT A WORDPRESS site - nor a script that I can buy elsewhere. If you know real estate scripts and sites, what I want is something like craigslist combined with a property display like postlets, combined with an overall site look and feel like [login to view URL] Max budget is $350. do not bother bidding if you want to charge more - you are wasting your time.
