Some changes to our website forum php

In the Event Forums here, [login to view URL] is there a way that events can be placed in date order and then once that date is passed automatically moved to the bottom of the threads, perhaps when a thread is created in events it asks for date of event and it uses that information to place them in order ascending and automatically moves them when they have happened? The same for Event Photos [login to view URL] so the newest event photos would be shown first? Is it also possible on event threads that the creator can automatically invite the members to the event via a mail button and also to have it show who is attending the event like it is on this website at the bottom of the first post [login to view URL] On the event photo threads would it be possible to change things so that on those threads only the photos upload in a grid of thumbnails so that the person posting them does not have to do so many per post with big photos like they do here [login to view URL] We have found this Mod [login to view URL] for a simple calendar that claims it does this Adds a simple Calendar page to your phpBB website. Perfect for admins that need a simple display Calendar to highlight their events. The posted events can link to a post on your Board that will posses the details of the respective event. The mod utilizes phpBB Custom Pages and the Calendar Script By Adam Shaw. Events are added via a javascript file. We basically want a calendar that shows at the top of the forum say 4 months showing at a time with links to take them to later months. The dates that have events on them we would like highlighted then when they click on that date it is linked to event threads so we can add events easily to it for members to see what is on and when and click a link in the calendar that will take them to the thread with all the details on.
