Update wordpress site and plugins to newest version - repost

Hello! I need to update my website to the newest version of wordpress as well as my plugins to their newest versions. Project requirements: * Wordpress on most recent version * All plugins on most recent version * All plugins in working perfectly * Actions performed on test site and then done on production site after operation is proven. * *All* manual code changes made must be documented. Known issues: The "Stripe + Gravity forms" plugin is especially touchy. This plugin isn't slated to work with the newest versions but there is some urgency around this update. This plugin *will* break on update and will need alteration before it will be in working order again. *All* operations of this plugin must work after the update (including purchasing).
