Heres what we want exactly: 1) Homepage 2) Apartment Listing Availabilities Page- through a posting tool so we can post apartments that are avail ourselves 3) Complaint Room -- so people can submit complaints and it will sort out the complaint by type and email it to the various people in our office, also we would possibly want a live chat option. 4) Services/Links page for services in manhattan (con ed, time warner, locksmith, plumber etc--which we could update on our own) 5)Blog for Superior Management 6)About Us Page 7) Rental/Co-op/Condo Management Page - to entice new clients to use our management services, no real functionality needed here, mostly txt and pictures 8) Apply new bldg for management application page Also, a logo redesign -- focusing on the initials SMI (for superior management incorporated)... and possibly other relevant graphics to make the site look professional. Our main goal is to use this website as a marketing tool to represent ourselves as the competent and attentive managers of residential real estate that we are. New York City and the New York City lifestyle are a central component of what we represent and what we are selling. We also like modernity mixed with new revival old turn of the 20th century styles (i.e. most of our buildings are at least 100 years old with cool period details, but often have many modern finishes as well). We are looking for a high quality finished product. Please also show me examples of past work you have done. We are budgeting between 5,000$ and 10,000$ for this project.
