Hi, I need a website to allow people to create their own website using drag and drop tools and templates it should be exactly like weebly dot com or wix dot com I also need the back end and administration interface and users and payment manager. I've already posted this project and paid a lot of money to freelancers and then it didn't work out, so this time I'm going to put the full payment in escrow when starting project and release it once site is completed and working, there won't be partial payments, full payment will be released once project is ready, escrow will be setup before you start working. Please bid only if you are able to make a site like wix dot com or weebly dot com, check those websites before bidding, don't bid if you are not sure that you can do it. Please send portfolio also and specify wich technology are you going to use. Thank you!
