altering UVNC remote helpdesk software

Here is the site of UVNC [login to view URL] There are 2 parts: Viewer and Server SC (single click) [login to view URL] What I need is: Regarding Viewer it should 1. to have an option to reboot remote computer in usual and safe (with networking) modes and then reconnect automatically 2. to have an option to get all the information about remote computer 3. to have an option to change a listen port 4. to be able to connect to any windows OS including Vista 5. to have a log of any pc it had connection with + keep any chat 6. to be able to have multiple connections 7. to work much faster than it is now 8. have secured connection and work in this way: I create new connection by clicking on the tab, let's say I enter name and phone number &/or email and it creates password string that through the same window I can email it to the client, next he clicks on the link and runs Single Click that automatically connects to the viewer on my computer. This Single click file can be uninstalled only when I close the connection, otherwise every time the client's pc restarts the single click server should get started automatically and get connected to the viewer on my PC. The client will only click the link on the email that is sent by the viewer on my pc then save or run process and do nothing else (no configurations, no port forwarding, no preinstall software, etc...). Please let me know if you have any other questions I did research regarding what I need and found in each software one of three things: it is whether too slow, lack of options like UVNC or too expansive.
