Automatic update for advertising website

I am looking for a program that will automatically update an advertising website 20 times per day (I want to have control to change times easily). The process: 1. I log into a manager via http:// 2. Select radio button "quick update" 3. Click Selection button 4. Click Update Button That is the whole process. Please note that I do not have access the the server that hosts the website. I just need a automated solution that will log into this website and do what I have to do manually. I want to be easily able to set each day of the week differently. 7. I also want the program to continue to run unless I stop the program. 8.
