Custom Shipping Program

I need a program that will allow me to take a spreadsheet like I have attached and print labels from a dymo label writer. If you examine the spreadsheet closely you will see that each line is a different item. And each separate order has a different order number. If a person buys three items then their order will take up three lines. But these three items must all go into one package. Therefore that order will have three different SKU numbers and only one Order ID. This is hard to see in the spreadsheet because I took out everyones name and address for security reasons. I need a program that will give me a search box then I will scan a product which will input the sku number. Then the program will look for that sku number and the first time that sku appears the program will stop and look at how many items are in the order which is column K. If it is 1 item I want it to immediately print a label with my return address and thier address on it and below their address it will have to have the order ID represented by a barcode. Now if the order has more than one item in it then I want it to print a number in the center of a label. The number will have to start with 1 and go up each time I do this. I will then put that order to the side and with the label containing the number 1 sticking up. And the next time I scan an item that goes with that order I want the program just to prompt me that I need to put that with order 1. Then when I get to the final sku for that order I just want it to print a label for that order just like it did for the 1 item purchase. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS When I first posted this job I dont think I was specific enough about what needs to be done. Overall when this prints I dont want to have to press any buttons to OK the print. When the product scans, if it is ready to ship I just want the label to automatically print without me pressing any buttons and as soon as it prints I want the screen prompt for the next item to automatically appear. And the on big thing I forgot to mention is that these orders will always be updating. Each day I will have to completely replace the file. The hard part will be when I replace a file since I have for example an order with 5 items in it, and today I get it 3 of the items and scan them into the program. They are then assigned an order number starting at 1. For example the order number will be 11, then tonight I have to replace the old file with a new one. In this new file I want it to remember those items that I have already scanned in so when I get to the fourth and fifth items of that order it will print the shipping label and prompt me to ship the rest of the order which will be order number 11. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
