Fix Errors in software and bring to ready to run state

I have had software created by another coder and an error has occurred which only happens on some PCs. The error message is "Run Time Error 7, Out of Memory". The current coder stated that they believe the error to be due to corrupt VB6 files. Here is a list of things that the coder has tried: 1. Using the Install shield setup, ALWAYS OVERWRITE the vb6 run time and other user files/ ocx on the target computer, to insure if any of the supporting file is corrupted then it must be replaced with its good copy from Developer's computer. 2. Using Inno setup installed minimum required files. 3. Checked the routines, DLLs, OCXs used in the software, if any one of them have problem. 4. May be this problem is due to [login to view URL] (found this possible problem from Microsoft's support website), But setup do not contains the [login to view URL], and we are using only 1 MDB file, which is an Office product. No other office product has used in the software 5. Installed same version of the players/ My SQL Drivers on the Development as well as Target computer to identify the problem, but no improvement found. I believe there are also a number of other errors within the software and there is scope for having these fixed. Also I am looking for coders to bring the product to a finished state to be delivered to the consumer. This will require further coding and work on the GUI.
