Tracking Telephone Calls

I am the owner of a mortgage company with a method to track office telephone calls; in-coming and out-going. Tracking phone calls let's me know: (1) The customer has been contacted. (2) How many phone calls were made to the customer (3) If the phone number was not correct or not being answered by the customer. (3) etc. I have a 3Com NBX 100 VOIP. However, loan officers often call their customers from home phones or cell phones. The loan officers all have access to their office PC's using either a VPN connection or other technology. Is there a way to track phone calls made by Loan Officers when calling their customers from outside the office? with either my 3COM NBX 100 VOIP or some other technology?
