Need to filter Event by City and Category

Hi Freelancers, Can you help me with some programming? Please look at my website. I haven't launched it yet as some tweaks still need to be done to it. [login to view URL] Basically, I want to add a "search by city" so as soon as you click on the EVENTS CALENDAR, you will need to enter COUNTRY (Canada or USA) then STATE OR PROVINCE then CITY to narrow down the events (kind of like how [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] does it) From there, once you enter your city, ALL events from that city will display on the calendar on the left. From there, from there, you can further sort by categories from the above menu, which I need to bring down to the side bar and not leave it at the top where it currently is. Sorry, it is hard to explain but please see attached screen shots. I had a few quotes from other sites like [login to view URL] from 10$ - 60$ done in TWO days. I'm hoping to pay about 50$ max to get a better quality, just because I don't want the old saying to come back to me and say "you get what you pay for." so I'm ok to spend more money than what I was quoted, still within TWO days if anyone can help.
