134163 Website - mainly backend - FUN

Hello people, I am launching a site and know exactly what I want. I am mainly a designer though and am soft when it comes to backend and I want it to be done very professionally so am coming here for some quotes. I am happy to do all the design work - as in the look of the site so that is no problem. Ok so it is like a "Mens lifestyle" magazine on the internet. For the beginning, I am also actually publishing a few copies for promotion in my area...I'm at university and it is something I want a crack at. I like the site [login to view URL] - I will be using a very similar design to that for my own one. It is a blog run on Wordpress. -------------------------------------- Here are the specifics - 1. Site will be a blog - people should be able to post comments. All users need to register before posting comments (Just like [login to view URL]) It would be useful if stories could have tags which users can search for 2. A seperate blog - format same as the main blog. This will be an 18+ rated blog and users must be logged in to use/view this section. 3. Users should be able to upload pics/vids - these pics and vid upload can be rated by people - 1 out of 5 stars or something See: [login to view URL] 4. A page devoted to the current magazine where they can click through to see varioush highlights of the issue. Need an archive where users can access previous issues. Something like Travel Thailand have here - [login to view URL] There should also be the option to buy the magazine - for people overseas 5. A simple method of signing up to a email newsletter and registering to all content on the site. Also a contact us type of form in the page. 6. I would also like a forum for users 7. My page - Just like collegehumor, users can register, upload pics and build a personal profile. ------------------ Ok that is it mainly. I want a few different quotes - for example if you can say me a few different packages in the sense that - if you took away this "as I don't think it's so important" then it would cut the cost down by so much Obviously the blog is the main thing - just like [login to view URL] where you click an article, and registered people comment on it I definetely want something where users can upload their own pics, like guys and girls from the univerity - then others can rate them I would really appreciate if you could break down the costs as well and say to me what it is.
