Excel/VBA Simple SOAP API Application

Hello, I have developed an Excel Application that I need you to build an API built into it so that it can access to up-to-date data through a Web site or Web enabled application using the standard Web services model where users of the service request data through XML over Microsoft’s “SOAP?? and data is returned by the service as an XML-formatted stream of text. ## Deliverables **Program Requirements & Installation: **An “On-Line?? Odds service needs to be integrated into the Excel Application that I have developed however the actual Race Call (the “On-Line?? Odds service for a particular race and location therein) needs to be activated via the Applications Built-In-Menu system rather than any menu facility that the TAB’s “On-Line?? Odds service may provide. By way of example when a Race Track/Location and a Race i.e. Race No. 1 is selected via the Applications Built-In-Menu the relevant TAB’s “On-Line?? Odds for a particular (horse) runner should be displayed in the Application for that particular race. In practice this will mean that the data “call?? from the Applications Built-In-Menu to the TAB’s “On-Line?? Odds service will be for the Race Track and/or Location, the Race Number and the Race “Odds?? for each (horse) runner that is called by the Application Menu so that the TAB’s “On-Line?? Odds data can be displayed simultaneously and in conjunction with any screen “refresh?? i.e. any race location and/or race that is selected by the User (of the application) via the Applications inbuilt Menu. It should be noted that the only “data call?? via XML and the TAB’s “On-Line?? Odds service that should be required is for the data that is needed to determine the Race Track and/or Location, the Race Number, each Horse (runner) Number and the Win “Odds?? that are associated with each Horse (runner) Number and that the Win “Odds?? are displayed (where indicated) in my Application (see sample]. **Additional Files:**This bid request includes IMPORTANT additional attached files. In order to better assist you in programming an API in my Application the TAB Live Odds Web Service the Victorian Totalisator Agency (“TAB or Tabcorp??) has provided a Microsoft “SOAP?? Developers Kit for the purposes of providing access to their “On-Line?? Odds service the programming requirements and I have provided you with a copy of my Application.
