Add various features to ClipShare scripted PHP website

We own a video sharing website that uses Version 10 of the ClipShare PHP Video Sharing script, we are looking for someone who has experience with PHP, MariaDB, and most of all, expertise with ClipShare/AVS (Adult Video Script), this is a strict requirement, if possible, screenshots or links to previous work with CS/AVS sites would be helpful and a bonus for us, you will be working on a live website, so there needs to be little to no errors. These are the features we would like to be implemented: - Custom Thumbnails for uploaded videos. CS currently doesn't support custom thumbnails. - Ability to changes 'rules' for usernames, such as allowing them to be longer then 15-characters, as well as allowing spaces in them. CS currently only allows usernames to contain a maximum of 15 alphanumeric characters, dashes and underlines. - More features added to the comments system: * Original Poster of comment can edit their comment. * Allow the uploader of the content that was commented on to be able to 'heart' and 'pin' comments as they are able to on YouTube. * Not necessarily related to the comments system itself, but in the notification email when someone receives a comment, We'd like it to show the text of the comment in the email like YouTube does. * Verification badges for users, as well as verification badges for website staff (enabled per user through ClipShare's admin panel), We already have a mockup of what we'd like to verification badges to look like, we can show this you if you'd like. * Content titles to allow ampersands (Currently they show as HTML symbols and other symbols, and allow video descriptions to have hyperlinked URLs in them. - Allow videos to be added in more than one category. - Allow support for emojis site wide, in comments, titles, descriptions, etc. Budget is negotiable based on your skills and quality of work.
