I need a complete project for food delivery like [login to view URL] I need the Android app for customer make orders, the app for the delivery boy in order to receive the orders and allow tracking of him. And the backend part in order to add food types, menu, see orders, ect. The Android apps need to be created using native code (Java), also you need create the REST API, mockups and all you need for complete the project, I'm only have the requirements in a text file and some screen design for the apps. All source code need to be released. Payment API connection needed. I need the project complete in less than 2 weeks. I prefer small companies with products like this in her portfolio. No upfront payment, payment based on milestones. My budget is USD 2000. Thanks,
