Bing or Google maps overlay with parcel boundaries

Hi there, Understood the requirements. I would use Google Maps for this. One could draw a polygon, my current idea is to click a button eg. "Draw parcel" and then allow creating polygons by clicking the points of it, then when the last point is defined one could press the enter key or click "Close polygon" which will set the last point to have the same coordinates as the first one, and only then would fill the polygon, while drawing I think we best only display the stroke(outline) of the polygon. The polygon coordinates would be storeable to a MySQL database and would be loadable/editable from the database. Regards, Julijan
