I got one of the freelancers to get me Laravel/PHP code which does the job. However, when I posted it in my production, I see bugs so I need someone else to take this PHP/Laravel/DB code (I will share DB and ZIP file). We will run it first as is and then fix the formatting issue which I know this code has. If you are PHP/Laravel/MySQL expert and know XML and how to send email, this should be 2 hours job max. I am putting this as hobby project so my budget is peanuts. This is for someone who wants to make few extra bucks in 2-3 hours max.
