G'day, I'm an experienced Linux DevOps Engineer, who's comfortable with a wide variety of development tools and languages. I'm confident that I would be able to implement this for you. I've got a few questions and notes about this project: 1) Are you intending the output to be SVG like in your examples? Or do you want something like PNG or JPG? For PNG/JPG I would use Bash and ImageMagick, while for SVG I would use a more fully featured programming language with an SVG library (possibly Ruby, but I'm comfortable with various other languages if they're a better fit) 2) I assume the JSON format is already set? The examples look useable, but there's a couple of tweaks that would make them a bit simpler to work with. 3) It's likely that names would have to be abbreviated sometimes due to space constraints. (Which is one area where a change in JSON format would help by splitting off the sponsor/team, given name, and surname into separate fields) 4) One second updates may be a bit optimistic, there's time delays in image processing and web requests (for downloading the JSON files) which are unavoidable. We're still talking a matter of seconds, but it might be longer than a single second.

if you mean visualizing the data from a json file, I can create a visual graph such as a force directly graph which is easy in management. Relevant Skills and Experience i have a skill in java graphics programming, graph theory, and database programming, actually json is one of the file format that i often to use.
