Custom developed subscription module – To take place after payment has been made • New subscription take on form • E-mail validation (link sent to user for validation) • Notification to admin users of new subscription • Introduction e-mail template 3. Integrated payment gateway • Payfast or similar platform as a payment gateway (Registered and verified merchant account by Gym edge) • Once a user is subscribed an account payment option will be supplied for card or EFT payment • If successful a notification e-mail will be sent to admin users • Some content could be unlocked because of payment 4. End user portal with document repository (upload and download) • After first log in , submit online questionnaire • Submit online form – bi weekly weigh in , to take place every second Thursday after start date. • Admin users will be able to upload documents to subscribed users profiles 5. Communication feedback module • Email based form from end user to admin • Admin Post back on email – received only by end user on the platform 6. Control Panel for admin • Universal control panel that shows • All the clients – group according to start date. • New clients list • What week the client is in on the program • Last assessment stats • Last diet uploaded – can upload new diet • Last gym program uploaded – can upload new gym program 7. Program start date and end date • Diet start date will be every second Monday (Bi weekly start for new members). Subscription will take place until the Thursday before the start date, after this the client will fall onto the next group. Load onto domain name etc. Domain is already created. Time Line: Phase 1 - 3 days Phase 2 - 2 weeks
