This we can do, you have to specificy where you keep this bulk email OR how you are going to pass that bulk email data. then we can susomize the validation scrip that will retrun error emails list or valid email list or both.

I can write a script that validate your email . I have a lot of experiences of automation and script writing . I can write code in PHP JavaScript Python c++ I have done lot of project before . Message me for more details.
