Cs-cart add-on to upload shipping tracking number

We have cs-cart 4.9.3 SP1, and would like to have an add-on to upload the shipping tracking number to the order and update the status of the order. Now when we process the orders we export all the orders from CSCART to excel then process the shipping labels via local software, then the local software issue the tracking numbers for each order in an excel sheet, so we just just want to be able to upload the excel file to CS-cart to update the orders with the tracking numbers and change the status of the order.
